Good quality, delivery issues

I ordered a set of the 'keramisch parket' tiles for my living room floor. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, and I found good clear photos of the product. Delivery, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. It took about 8 days to arrive in Boston, which was longer than the 5-7 days estimated. When the pallet did show up, a few boxes on the very top were slightly damaged, but thankfully the tiles inside were fine. The quality of the tiles themselves is excellent, they feel very sturdy and the finish looks quite realistic. I had a question about grout color, and customer support replied within a day with helpful advice. Installation was easy enough, and they cut well without chipping. Overall, I'm happy with the tiles.

Nice toilet and good service

Needed a new 'hangtoilet' for the guest bathroom. Found a good one here for a fair price. It arrived after about 6 days, which was fine. Everything was packaged really well. Had a quick question about installation and they got back to me pretty fast. The toilet itself looks great, very modern.

Decent prices, could be faster

I bought a 'wastafelkraan' and a matching 'zeepdispenser'. The prices were competitive, especially compared to some local stores. Placing the order was simple, and the site was easy to navigate. Shipping took about a week, which felt a little long for something relatively small. The items arrived well-packaged, no damage. The quality of the tap is solid, it feels durable. My only real gripe is the delivery time, it could definitely be quicker. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking, so that was good.
